What's MORE SCARY - are these politicians trying to justify themselves and the morality of INDIA, and in doing so.....proves their ineptness, indifference and ignorance. A) How did they get their jobs? B)Why are they still in those positions? C) When will the peole vote them out of office; and get politicians in those seats that will truly present them as a whole, and not just afford these ignoramus seats of status and power that they are obviously not entitled to ...again by reason of ignorance and idiocy...(I find that more shameful.....listening to them in Public Forums = SCARY REALLY!) There's 1.2B of Indians...and they can't figure-out how to get rid of these ppl and how they are being represented by them? Wake up India! Be proactive in how you want to be represented. Life is about perception.. GOOD LUCK!

To say the least on this particular subject, the recent Law passed by the India’s Parliament, should include a specific clause, “that the person/s who commit these type crime against women, shall be punished by Death Sentence, whether the concerned woman lived after the incident or died later.”
As the social stigma that a woman has to suffer in Indian Society, after such incident, she has to endure for the rest of her life –“a living death”, which any Penal Code of India, fails to address even to this day.
It is time that Members of Parliament, should wake up to this particular fact and amend the New Law accordingly, so that Judicial system could find no excuse to drag such cases, for no plausible reason.
