What is so wonderful here is the referance to localist foods and not chain foods. The way forward for any destination who value their Culinary Tourists is to promote their unique and memorable food/beverage businesses. Sadly there is evidence that suggest unless we look after our local businesses we will loose them as the chains continue to encroach and fight for business during the current economic climate.

It is a disturbing reminder that even those who society so often adulates are so often behind closed doors the ones prone to self destruction and the headiness of self conflict.
