I am shocked to be honest that the key response to this is to prosecute the strikers (or 'organisers') in line with local law. Because what jumps out at me from this is that these construction workers are so in need of more cash for their families, that they will go hungry to provide more for them! Living in Dubai on 650 AED even with housing (and food provided) is to me completely impossible to comprehend. Let the strikes pass this time, find some compromise or cost savings elsewhere to provide the workers with more salary.

Uh oh! Indian prisons are really not that good, I am sure the Indian prisoners here will get very frustrated with this decision.
