In Abu Dhabi where health-care insurance is mandatory for everyone, its important to note that a lot of small scale contracting companies would apply for their blue-collar/laborers and then deduct the charges from their paycheck. Authorities must look into this to try and stop this exploitation. In most cases, a poor laborer only earns AED 600-800 per month.
