Its hard enough getting some drivers in the Gulf to use lights at all, never mind frontal fog lights and high intensity rear lights, and even more crazy to be passed in the fog by a driver with no lights showing. Education for those drivers is the loss of the licence - and the loss of their car for six months.

This is a great idea to finally allow the Private sector to have a 2 day weekend, It is about time the private and public sector become aligned. However, I still think it is unfair to expect private sector employees to work an additional hour each day. We work from 8:00am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break (which we rarely take). If the plan is to integrate individuals from the public sector to the private sector, do you honestly think they will be willing to work until 6:30pm each night when they can finish at 2 or 3pm in the public sector? I think not. (in the West a standard working day is usually 9am to 5pm)we work 1 1/2 hours more!!
