the main problem in simple words, i was student in school and AD HCT the main problems are: 1- material not attractive like what i found in UK 2- Class room is not attractive ether. 3- the teacher were quilifide specilly the other arabic nationalities but when Ministry of education replace them with the local teacher the education is field. i know many students had bad marks and they success by cheeting and today they are teachers, how it is come ?????? 4-english language was the triple subject when we was in school and when i join the college. in college they consentrating more in english subject more the other subject. we are arab and our language is arabic and the college just for local. most of people are runing way from english language 5-the school is going to be more bad because the governmental school not allowed non national students to study on it like before. so the motivation is declaining dramatically. 6- the ministry of education cut off the power of teachers, i mean the teachers in school have no power on students. i don't mean using stik but i mean the teacher become affraid from students and there parent because they may will argue with the ministry and the teacher will have vialation or leave the work> that because the misistry support the student and forget the teacher. however, in college the teacher have the only peron who have the power. even if he wrong no body can talk to him. so why that ??????? i hope my idea go in consideration becasue i was one day student and i have brothers in school and college

I am also an expatriate faculty at the HCT, and agree that maintaining the value of salaries against inflation is important and fair. However, providing any other salary increment just for living and breathing another year is unnecessary and detrimental. Salary and benefits packages should be increased to attract and retain the best teachers and the best performers from around the world - because evidence shows that high-quality teachers are the primary factor influencing student success. If the goal is about preparing Emirati students to the highest levels possible and providing the best quality education, this competitiveness should be the focus.
