I completely agree with teri on this subject. Mandatory seat belts for ALL car drivers and passengers would drastically SAVE lives. Why let children hang loose in their cars? I cannot stipulate enough that this should be a mandatory law to wear seat belts, then whole families wouldn't be wiped out in accidents.
