Well I cant say I am sad about reading of ENBD looing its crown as the biggest lender in the UAE . After one year of paying off my credit card with ENBD and closing my account with them , I am still receiving emails to make payments on my credit card. Really ? It is so annoying. When I talked again to a lady at least 5 times in collections and said I would take them to court if they still continue to harass me about non payments on my credit card , she told me I would not be able to do so. That kind of attitude doesn't go down well with anyone, especially when they are in the wrong. On checking my records they agreed that my credit card is paid off but the system is still showing unpaid. Go figure. Well I continue to get text messages from them. What can I do to stop such intrusions into my personal life?
