if you are living in sharjah and got caught with alcohol without a license you will be automatically got deported? and get fined AED 5000? is there any way for the person not to get deported or at least pay fines only? for example the person caught has a family, wife and children if he will get deported what will happen to them? is there any uae court procedures for this?
