In my experience drivers lack ethics. Sometimes it feels like survival of the fittest situation. Drivers cut you off, and then act like they have done nothing wrong. Simply raising your hand in a sorry gesture can akes all the pain away, and this is most basic ethic that drivers should abide by. No one will get small by saying sorry for an obligation he/she makes.
