The best team must be selected at any time............Rohit has hardly performed in a ny big match against any strong side in spite of playing 80 matches...........H..Unless a replacement has been found for a proven legend he must not be retired. That is the philosophy in every organization...........and a batsman must only be dropped if his avg and SR in last 20 matches is among the bottom 2 batsmen whereas Sachin's avg 35 and SR 86 in top 3 Indian batsmen so he cannot be dropped ...........PERIOD

I can't agree with this article, I'm afraid. Why not? Because a) England HAVE been ridiculed for their failings in the UAE. They might not have been ridiculed as much as India have been, but why is that? b) Because of the manner of defeat. Both sides showed incompetence with the bat, but England still actually bowled very well in the UAE, whereas India bowled poorly against England and Australia. The comparisons between Raina & Bell aren't completely fair either. Bell firstly did get stick for looking incompetent against Saeed Ajmal, but had been one of the leading run scorers in test cricket in the 12 months prior to that. What had Raina done in test cricket around the time he was being slated in England, other than whinge at umpires (if you don’t like the umpire’s decision, you might want to speak to the BCCI, Suresh)?
