Bartender

There is a bit of misinformation in the article: While tobacco is never really good, also conventional shishas are using evaporation [it isn't actually smoke but steam]. Ok, there is nicotine and some other harmful substances - but the real harm comes from the coal- this makes shisha much more harmful than cigarettes and cigars! Using coal creates not the harmless CO2 - but also carbon monoxide. Even in very small quantities, this "detains" cells in the lung, as it has a far stronger connection than O2. Long story, short, the stones will be still harmful, as they doesn't solve the main threat of shisha - the heat element. I guess, that electric coals, would be the perfect solutions, but until now, there is no adequate and proper solution for it [only rather cheap and low quality "made in China" electric coals.
