Many buildings in Abu Dhabi aren't compliant with the most basic fire protection standards, this is the reason why so many fires are breaking out especially around the areas of Old passport road, Electra street and tourist club areas, there are old buildings with no early fire detection systems at all, buildings must be monitored and fined for non compliance..
