Metallica will return to Abu Dhabi
They said they would be back. Metallica will fulfill the promise made at the end of their 2011 show with a return to Abu Dhabi in April.
The American metal titans will arrive on Yas Island with a performance at du Arena on Friday, April 19. The San Francisco group will return on the back of a stellar show at the same venue in October 2011, when they toured on the back of their comeback album Death Magnetic.
With no new album to promote, Metallica's latest shows have been a mix of their greatest hits, particularly tracks from their 1991 self-titled record, known as The Black Album.
