The Police Department is throwing the safety of its officers to Dogs with these cars. If you have to really "show off" do it with programmes to educate the public and not make the boys kill themselves with these useless toys.

A sincere advice!
Who so ever drives this new thrilling and fastest police car on the public roads, please do keep in mind that the maximum design speed of any public road and the their geometric elements such as ramps, curves, alignments etc(of any freeway, parkway and expressway) in the UAE is 140 kmph, with a posted speed limit of 120kmph.
Speeding and traffic thrill but they kill too!

The glorification of speed by the Abu Dhabi police is absolutely disgusting. First F999 then this. Even now Police cars almost without fail drive around the city on routine patrol (i.e. without 'blues and twos') exceeding the legal speed limit by 100% or more.
They are like little boys getting lots of toys to play with, which the carnage on the roads continues because they WILL NOT enforce the rules of the roads, and allow people to speed at twice the speed limit.
Abu Dhabi cannot hope to become a world city, or even claim to be a safe city whilst this rat race on the roads continues. Imagine driving at twice the urban speed limit - presuming a clear road - in London, New York, Tokyo?
You soon find yourself collared by the long arm of the law.
Hot on the heels of General Obaid saying that pedestrians were in collision with cars at the grand prix due to m any people walking, this again is represents nothing short of a blatant disregard for public safety and Human life itself.
This attitude from the guardians of public safety makes me seriously consider if Abu Dhabi is a fitting home for my family.
